Women's Health Week
π©· To Connect π©·
Not to your devices ladies π To family and friends xx
In our busy lives we can often forget to make time to laugh, offload and reboot with those whose company brings joy and a lighter heart π₯°

Day 5 of Women's Health Week is to connect π€
On the final day of Women's Health Week, we're celebrating the power of human connection in all its forms β the voice message to a friend, the community group you've been meaning to try or the coffee with a neighbour.
Social connection has lasting impacts on our health β helping you live longer, build resilience and feel more confident. And yet, for many of us, it often quietly falls to the bottom of the list.
Today we're exploring what real, healthy connection looks like and how to nurture it, even when you're short on time or energy. Whether you've been feeling isolated or you want to help others feel less alone, today is for you.

Women's Health Week
π©· To Breathe π©·
Today's focus is on mental health, and we know just how important this is - so much so, that I went on to study Counselling, and have recently opened Inner Tide Counselling π₯° (please join my socials for this page too!).

Day 4 of Women's Health Week is to breathe π
Your mental health is just as important as your physical health.
It can be hard to recognise when you're struggling, overwhelmed or feeling disconnected from yourself.
Today is about acknowledging those experiences without judgement. Mental health deserves attention and care, just like your physical health.
We'll explore practical steps to support your wellbeing, plus guidance on when it might be time to speak to a health professional and how to start that conversation.

Women's Health Week
π©· To Rest π©·
I think I love today the most π€

Day 3 of Women's Health Week is to rest π΄
Good sleep is one of the most powerful things you can do for your health β and for many women, one of the most difficult to achieve.
But rest goes beyond sleep. It's the moments where you give yourself permission to stop β to lie down, switch off, step outside or simply not be productive for 5 minutes.
Today we're exploring what it looks like to prioritise rest β what's normal with sleep, what's not, when to check in with your doctor, and practical ways to wind down.
Because rest isn't self-indulgent. It's how your body repairs, resets and keeps going.

Day 2 of Women's Health Week is to move πββοΈ
Being active is not just for people who love the gym. It's for everyone β in all bodies, at all life stages and in whatever form fits your day.
Exercise doesn't have to be intense or structured to make a difference. Regular movement built into everyday life has real benefits for your physical health, mental wellbeing and energy levels.
We know the barriers all too well β time, energy, cost, pain, caring responsibilities and self-doubt. And for women living with disability or chronic illness, being active might come with additional challenges. Today is for all of you.
