"Never been done before" 🐊 Perth based medical scientists Dr Padraig Strappe, and Dr Rina Fu have discovered a way to extract collagen from Australian saltwater crocodiles. In the past crocodile-farming industries have predominately been interested in the skin and meat of the crocodile. Dr Strappe, and Dr Fu made the discovery as a way to utilise more of the crocodile.
