It was such a privilege to do makeup for her wedding, my good friend of more than 30 years!

Some days in our very tropical climate (yay to the build up, not!!) I just don't want makeup all over my face, especially if I'm not going to be in airconditioning or chasing the kids around outside getting sweaty.
So this is my go to:
Always moisturise and apply sunscreen.
No foundation. Just a little concealer to cover a spot or two if needed or under eyes if you want (I didn't feel the need to bother today). A n**e/beige or peachy eyeshadow shimmer, black mascara, fill in the brows, some bronzer and the cheeks and forehead, a sweep of highlighter over the cheek bones and under the brow bones and a n**e lippy. This fresh makeup takes me around 3 mins (I timed it :) ).

I'm back!!

I've been taking a break from makeup while on maternity leave enjoying time with our new addition to the family.
