Did you know going to bed with makeup on can age your skin up to 7 times faster than not cleansing every night?

What you say?

Can't be bothered cleansing!
Too Tired!
To many wines!
Or I didn't wear makeup so I don't need to cleanse!

You should still cleanse because during the day your skin attracts free-radicals from the environment (those nasties that attack healthy cells and cause premature aging)

Make sure you cleanse tonight

It is very important to have a skin care regime when travelling don’t forget your cleanser, toner and moisturiser as the basics and you can go far!

Lemon Balm creates a beautiful essential oil. It is very expensive - the flowering tops and leaves and stems are steam stilled and the yield is only 0.5 ml of essential oil per kilogram. It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Best used in facial products to treat inflamed and acne prone skins. I actually use the dried lemon balm leaves as a tea. It is also brewed into a Carmelite water to soothe stress. What an interesting world my studies are opening up for me.

How is the weather where you are at the moment? I haven’t posted for a while as I have been studying and I must admit technology is not my strong point as I only brought my i-phone and i-pad with me on my travels so to get back in the race I will try and do my best. I apply my vitamin C cream every day and I am eating a lot of fresh berries and oranges but I do miss my sunlight! We have a lot of cloud cover here in UK and the sun does not shine every day. Did you know sunshine is very important for the skin? It is just as important as protecting the humectant and lipid profile of your skin. What do you think? Tell me how you love the sun!
