Capital Group NT Pty Ltd was founded in March 2010 as Capital Security NT Pty Ltd which then changed to Capital Group NT Pty Ltd in 2014.

Capital Group NT Pty Ltd was founded in March 2010 as Capital Security NT Pty Ltd which then changed to Capital Group NT Pty Ltd in 2014, the Company was founded by Sandra Mattiazzo, nee Ah Kit who is a Kalkadoon woman born in Camooweal QLD in 1959 to Aboriginal parents. Sandra moved to the Northern Territory in December 1969 with her parents and completed her schooling in Darwin. Sandra has a large and diverse family group across the top of Australia, from Western Australia to Queensland and encompassing the Northern Territory. Sandra formed the Company as she believed through her own experiences and up-bringing that she could utilise that knowledge in the workforce to assist people, especially Indigenous people and women with young families to gain/regain entry to the workforce. The Company has 5 family members in Management being made up of Sandra, 2 daughters and 2 nephews, the rest of Sandra’s immediate family are fully licenced in order for back up in case of emergency. Sandra has been involved with Security, Cleaning and Catering over the past 25 years. During this time, Sandra has worked in both the public and private sectors. Sandra has worked for the Department of Correctional Services, Centrelink and Immigration Detention Services along with many assorted positions in the private sector, both skilled and unskilled before establishing the Company.
