We are moving to a new space in February in town.

It's been nearly 2 years of Vibeology Wellness Centre vibes.

It feels slightly surreal moving everything out of the space last week.

We are not leaving town, I'm planning to offer more group sound healings in the new year and will still offer 1:1 treatments in the local area as a mobile service after taking a short break.

I specialise in nervous system support, energy alignment, Intuitive Bodywork, Spinal Flow, Sound Healing, Spiritual Empowerment Coaching & Mentoring and the occasional Women's Wellness retreat!

I love what I do!

It's constantly evolving and changing as I lean into my intuitive heart's whispers for what's next for Vibeology.

As I was clearing out my space, I found the welcome board from my first ever retreat when we were still up at Karri Aura ....

I've hosted a few retreats since then, I love creating safe spaces for women to explore their edges and illuminate their "Godessence" energy.

I see many more of these retreats in my future and maybe some more singing and sound healing too!

At the moment, I'm holding space for the sale of our property and moving to our new home.

Praying for a miracle and it all weaves together in perfect time 🙏

So much gratitude for mum & dad for supporting my dream of opening and running a wellness centre and to Glyn who has done so much for me in this space.

I often felt my grandad, Jack, smiling over my shoulder in Vibeology. One of my clients even described my grandad to a tee as if she saw him standing right next to me in real time! 💞

The family legacy continues and evolved in the space from real estate with dad and then my sister also ran a real estate business in the space. I'm so grateful, I was gifted the opportunity to bring something new to the space.

To all of our clients and customers, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My mission to change the world "One vibe at a time" will continue in a different space.

It's been a couple of days of deep healing on "The island of the Gods"

I feel like I'm surfing Waves of Wellness, I am letting my intuitive heart lead the way.

I found my way to Deanna Day Spa in Seminyak, where Dewa, a Balinese Healer works from, I met him on our first day here and asked if I could book a treatment with him, he said he was booked out until September.... but if I came back at 8pm he would treat me...

When I returned to the villa, I told Glyn about him, and then I said, "I think you should see him instead of me".... so he went.

I was a bit disappointed but I trusted the process.... when I returned to the day spa the next day, Dewa said he would fit me in an appointment later on that night... I was so grateful...

I can only describe his treatment as, shiatsu, deep tissue massage, physio, and chiropractic and energy healing / shadow work, all rolled into one!

My hip, knee, neck and shoulders feel really good... yet still painful, but lighter...

Glyn recommended I see Mally, the healing massage therapist the next day, so when I returned to the day spa with Ayla, she greeted me at the entry and was available to treat me.

That treatment took me to the depths of my shadows, deep into my fascia and stories past, deep surrender and trust until the light started pouring back into my body.

I've never experienced such healing in a single session, I feel humbled and still integrating all of the powerful upgrades that I feel deeply in my body mind & soul.

Bali ..... "Come for the sun, stay for the miracles", should be written under "Island of the Gods".

Swimming and floating has helped me integrate.

I feel powered up and ready to serve at a deeper level when I return to Vibeology on Friday.

I am so very grateful for this life and this healing journey.

I have much to share on my return.

So many exciting things brewing.

I'm feeling called to run a spring retreat in Denmark. It's way overdue for a small intimate group of women.

After treating 2 x travelling doctors yesterday with their lower back pain and shoulder pain, with Spinal Flow and massage/energy alignment and balancing. I have a clearer picture of how to communicate what I do and how I can assist people who are stuck in a pain cycle loop.

Working with your bodies innate intelligence to heal itself. To calm the nervous system, to assist the flow of energy in the body to return to balance, to work with the fascia and where the stories from past traumas that are held in the body, to reveal, feel and heal the stories together. To be witnessed, to be seen, to be held, to feel safer to explore the depth of the feelings and emotional attachments to the pain, to be held through the healing process.

To move the memories out of the fascia and body and to make space between the muscles, tissues, bones. To breath space and higher vibrational frequencies into the miracle of you!

When we are reminded, that we are in fact the miracle we seek. That we deserve to be loved, to feel peace, to wake up with joy in our hearts and freedom to move and feel deeply without pain. To be loved and accepted exactly as we are.

We fully inhabit the miracle of our body / mind & soul!

When you choose to work with me, I am merely reflecting back to you what you already know. I ask questions that you already know the answers to, at a deeper subconscious level of wisdom, a remembering. A reflective practice.

I am creating a sacred space for my clients to work with me called "The Mirror" I will share more as it lands but its so crystal clear in it's creation and becoming.

When you choose to work with me I say "You work from the inside out and I work from the outside in and I will meet you at your skin" this is where the energy is amplified and transmuted. We are reweaving old stories and creating new ones together!

I feel a shift in consciousness coming that swings the power back into your hands to heal yourself. It's something that I could not articulate until I felt it myself. I feel as I lean into my intuitive heart wisdom, that we already know, what we seek is within us.

To silence all the noise and to give ourselves permission to reveal, feel and heal ourselves at a deeper cellular level is no longer woowoo, it's truth, we are just energy in motion.

I'm excited to be adding more after hours sessions at Vibeology Wellness Centre - starting this Thursday 5.30pm - 6.30pm for group sound healing $20 per person, walk-ins welcome, DM to hold your place, we can fit up to 10 people in the space, sesssions run for around 45 minutes, allow 15 minutes for integration and to share your experience.

If you are curious about Sound Healing sessions, and have never been to one, I invite you to come along and experience the gongs, crystal bowls, didgeridoo (*this week and when Glyn is home!), guided meditation, each session is unique to those who choose to attend, with channelled energy transmissions in song.

We also have a space for couples to be treated together (massage chair and table in same treatment room) where you can have an hour treatment (1/2 hour Spinal Flow/Massage and 1/2 hour massage chair) for $120 per couple

If you prefer 1:1 sessions, I offer $100 per hour for bodywork/spinal flow. Intuitive Wellness and Spiritual Coaching sessions are also available, DM me for packages available.

If you are interested in attending one of my Women's Retreats, I usually hold a winter retreat in Denmark for 2 or 3 nights, depending on requirements, in a private residence, DM to be on the waitlist or if you would like me to create a retreat for you and your friends, reach out, I'm sure we could create a memorable experience for you and deep rest and reset your nervous system too!

I will also be conducting a study soon for, in person clients, who are suffering from constant pain, who have experienced, concussion or head injuries, who have back problems or who are also navigating grief or trauma that feels stuck in the body. These sessions are for people who are open to trying Spinal Flow treatments and sound/ energy alignment therapy. Self-promotion and marketing is something I need to get better at to promote my business and what I do.

I hold space for the miracle of you. To explore where you hold negative emotions and energy in your body and offer a wholistic approach to healing.

I bring an energy to my sessions and treatments that is expansive, yet gentle. Please don't wait until you have reached burn-out to come and experience a nervous system reset, a deeply relaxing massage and energy alignment session.

I also offer after hours treatments, message me for availability and I can do home visits by arrangement if you are unable to come into the centre.

I will be offering 20% all bookings for 1 hour treatments for new and repeat local clients. We also have a membership package that we have soft-launched for $100 per month, with your choice of up to $150 worth of treatments, sound healing or infrared sauna packages as we creep into the cooler months.
