🫶🏻WARNING SERIOUS POST🫶🏻
It’s been brought to my attention that we need to remind everyone the importance of giving a business notice when rescheduling/cancelling! Whether that be a beauty salon, a hair dresser, a doctors surgery or your dogs getting a haircut, the polite and correct thing to do is to give them notice (I know sometimes things happen out of our control and we are understanding of this). We then have people ask ‘what difference does that make’ if we are given notice we can contact people on our waiting list to see if they can come, we can advertise the spot to others or we can organise training for staff. And not only is that important so that all our clients can get in but we also need clients in to pay staff, rent, rates, etc etc. Glitter & Glam has never taken deposits as we are understanding of our clients and trust that everyone will respect our policies but unfortunately if we continue to have random days of multiple rescheduling and cancellations we will need to implement a deposit system. So please if you can’t make your appointment give us notice and we will get you booked in elsewhere! I’m so sorry to be so serious but it’s very upsetting when we have to turn multiple people away and we could have booked them in!

Good morning to all my beautiful clients, I thought I would share this for those who don’t know. But I officially take Maternity leave in December. Spots are filling up so quickly so please ensure you’ve book as far ahead in future as possible so you don’t miss out!
