Iv been saying this for years. It’s not about “good or bad” posture, it’s about movement or lack of it.
There's little evidence to show 'bad' posture influences chronic back pain. So what are the real causes? Over centuries, posture has been linked to chronic back pain. Research has debunked this for decades, so why do we still believe it?
Welcome to Diamond Creek Osteopathy, a small family friendly clinic in the heart of Diamond Creek. The clinic is proud to offer osteopathic services to everyone. Dr. Tristan Joss has experience in treating athletes, office workers, tradies, mums, dads, kids, babies, and older people. He loves the variety the job provides and wants Osteopathy to be as accessible as it can for everyone.
