This is seen as a course for self help and first aid to the muscles

This is a fantastic 1 day, hands on course that introduces you to the amazing world of EMMETT Technique. EMMETT Technique is a simple yet highly effective light touch neuromuscular release technique.

EMMETT Technique may aid the following:
*Relive pain and muscle tension
*Increase range of motion and mobility
*Help reduce inflammation
*Stiffness and flexibility
*And much much more!

The Human Workshop teaches participants how to effectively produce visible body changes and experience great results. It is a non-professional approach to client assessment and treatment for personal trainers and coaches; yoga and Pilates instructors; aged carers; general public and home carers. It is also open to healthcare professionals (Massage therapists, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Occupational therapists, bodyworkers, kinesiologists) as a taster of, and introduction to the technique.

This is a hands- on course gives students the opportunity to gain experience by working directly with other participants.
No previous bodywork experience needed!
