It was an early start as the team travelled to Orange for a Depot Male Tools Education Seminar with the one and only Suzi O’Brien! 🙌

We’ve come home with plenty of fresh knowledge, new techniques and inspiration, and we can’t wait to put it all into practice behind the chair! 💈

The whole team is back on deck tomorrow and ready to go. We can’t wait to see you all! 🖤

The day has FINALLY arrived… although I’m fairly certain every client, staff member and probably half of Dubbo has heard about Lacey’s 18th birthday for the past 12 months 🤣 The countdown is officially OVER, you’re finally 18!!

All jokes aside, this birthday feels really special. Lace, I hope you know just how incredibly proud I am of you. I’ve had the privilege of watching you grow from the young girl who first walked through the doors of Ace At Fades into the beautiful, confident and talented young woman you are today.

Being your boss and having you as my apprentice has been so much more than simply teaching you how to cut hair. Somewhere along the way, you became such an important part of our little Ace At Fades family, and someone I genuinely care about so much.

You’re not just “my apprentice” anymore. You’re Lacey, a huge part of Ace At Fades, our team, our memories and our family. And I feel incredibly lucky that I’ve been able to be a small part of such an important chapter of your life.

So here’s to 18 Lacey, I hope today is everything you’ve spent the ENTIRE LAST YEAR telling us it was going to be. Happy 18th birthday, Lace. We love you more than you know, and I couldn’t be prouder of you.
