Recently I’ve been asked to do a couple of blonde colour changes, moving from a winter blonde to more vanilla and soft lived in blonde tones.

I’ve been playing with some more russet red tones in readiness for the change of season and doing a more lived in blonde for easy maintenance and some grey blending ( just making your current greys blend in, not actually colouring it to look grey)

Summertime has got me feeling excited about creating some lovely blonde colours, and also I’ve been trying out some curls with the Dyson air wrap. My Top Tip for creating long lasting curls is to
1. Dry hair off thoroughly
2.Use a heat protector before curling
3.After curling, let your curls cool down before brushing out or dressing out.

Also if your hair is not feeling quite as healthy as you feel it could be or if your colour has been fading, I am offering a promotion for Rescue in colour treatment , it will be 50% off with any colour, please message me or ask me in salon for more details.
I’ve also been doing some more warmer honey blonde lighter pieces on brown hair lately, which is a great low commitment way of going a bit lighter.

Had a fab February creating some new blonde and copper gold looks. With Autumn coming in the warmer tones like copper gold, rose gold and bronze will be sought after to brighten us up.Chocolate browns are a good option for adding shine and a healthy glow to hair that has been dried out by the harsh Perth climate. Don’t forget to use a colour shampoo to keep your new colour salon fresh!

I really enjoyed doing a short hair cut last week.Pixie cuts are great for fine hair, or if you’re not good with styling brushes.Keep it feminine with a soft textured fringe and thicken it up with some beach spray and away you go. A nice vibrant colour will add shine and make the cut stand out.
