Just a reminder that when you buy professional Haircare you’re buying quality concentrated products. Therefore, you need a tiny amount compared to cheap diluted products which are bulked up with crap. 🧡

Hair loss 😱
It can be a scary time. There are many reasons for hair loss. Some can be easily explained others might need a deeper look. I’ll go over some of the reasons over the next week or so.
Firstly, a lot of ladies feel like they’re loosing a lot of hair when they wash it. This can be because they haven’t brushed their hair for a few days and worn it up in a ponytail or bun the whole time. I’m guilty of this. We typically loose 200 hairs A DAY!! If you don’t brush your hair everyday you keep all the loose hairs that have fallen out tied up in a ponytail. Do that for 3 days then that’s about 600 hairs that are ready and waiting to fill your plug hole when you get round to washing it! I’m a culprit of this and the picture shown is my shower with my hair!!
It’s not hair loss it’s normal! Do what our grandma’s would have done - 100 brushes everyday before bed!! 💗

Before, during and after!!!

This was a process... a long process!!! A 4 hour process!!! But in order to create the desired look we had a lot of work to do!!! It’s all about being kind to your hair. One thing I refuse to do is damage hair with over bleaching and colouring. helps to protect your hair too.
