We’re looking for a warm, organised and experienced Patient Coordinator to join our growing team in East Fremantle.
This is a varied front-of-house role for someone who genuinely loves helping people feel welcomed, supported and cared for from the moment they contact our clinic.
✨ Part-time | 25–35 hours per week
✨ Saturday availability required
✨ Doctor-led skin and aesthetics clinic

The role includes managing appointments, billing and patient enquiries, coordinating daily clinic flow, general administration, photography and assisting with social media organisation.
Previous administration and customer service experience is essential. Experience within healthcare, medical administration or the skin and aesthetics industry would be highly regarded.
