After two months of our biggest frontline action defending Australia’s largest temperate rainforests, we want to head back into takayna for an open day.
Join us on Saturday night at the Waratah Men's Shed for dinner and camping in your own tent or campervan.
Sunday will consist of a walk-in demonstration to the rainforests threatened by mining company MMG or you can visit nearby forests in the Que River region threatened by logging.
Families are most welcome.

We're now feeding this little one by hand as the parents appear to be focussing their energy on the other 3.
It was caught in some ivy, so helped it get out. It climbed in me & didn't want to get off.
Our local albino magpie "snowy" had 4 babies this year. My neighbours & I have been minding the youngest ones.
This little one is the last to be able to fly.
The kids & I put it to bed each night under a layer of shrub like sticks, to protect from any predators.
This morning it left this corner for the first time. Hoping it can fly properly in the next few days.
