BOOKINGS ⭐️
I have maxed out my hours for next week as much as I possibly can, there are a few little eyebrow appointments available. Jump on now to secure a booking!

CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS ⭐️
I have opened massive days and working to fit everyone I can in to avoid missing out. If bookings are cancelled with less then 24 hours notice you will be charged for your appointment along with any no shows. I hate to have to do this so please give notice for cancellations 💕

TIME ⭐️
I am running back to back appointments all week, please be on time for your appointment. It makes it so hard to play catch up all day. Later then 5 mins will result in me having to cancel your appointment and the booking fee will be charged.

As of December 2023, I will be closing the Willow Tree Beauty Lounge salon where I have had the pleasure of serving you for the last few years.

While I will no longer be operating in the salon, I want to assure you that I'll continue offering my beauty services. The exact details of when and where are still being worked out, but I will keep you updated on my journey through socials.

It has been quite a journey since I took over the business, surviving through Covid and the floods. It’s had its ups and downs, that’s for sure.

These experiences have shown me the importance of adaptability and resilience. However, it's also made me realise the significance of focusing on my family and personal well-being.

I am incredibly grateful for your unwavering support throughout this time, and I'm excited about what the future holds. Please follow me on Instagram and Facebook to stay updated on my next steps and any special offerings I may have in the future.

It is with mixed emotions that I share some personal news with you all. After much consideration, I have made the difficult decision to sell my beloved hair and beauty salon located in the heart of Echuca.

This salon holds a special place in my heart, and it has been a joy to serve our incredible community over the years. With a prime position on Main Street, it has become a go-to destination for all things beauty. Our large client base has shown the dedication and passion we've poured into this business.

Within our salon, you'll find three beautifully appointed beauty rooms, a spray tan room, and a makeup station designed to pamper and transform our clients. Our talented and committed hairdresser has been the driving force behind our hairstyling services, ensuring that every client leaves feeling fabulous.

As the current owner, it saddens me to part ways with this thriving salon, but personal circumstances have led me to this regrettable decision. However, I am open to staying on as a part-time presence, ensuring a smooth transition for the new owner.

I believe this salon has immense potential for growth and success under the right ownership. If you or someone you know has ever dreamt of owning a well-established hair and beauty salon in Echuca, this is a unique opportunity to make that dream a reality.

📢 Announcement: Temporary Absence

Dear valued customers,

I wanted to inform you that I will be taking some much needed quality time with my family from Thursday 8/6, returning Wednesday 14/6.

During my absence, I ask for your understanding that the other staff members who share the Willow Tree rooms, operate independently and have limited capacity to assist with our specific business matters, such as bookings. However, they will be available to provide general support and take a message.

To ensure that we can address your needs promptly upon our return, I ask that you leave a message or send us a DM on socials. I will make it a priority to reach out to you as soon as we are back and fully operational.

I genuinely appreciate your continued support and understanding during this brief absence. Rest assured that I will return refreshed and ready to provide you with the exceptional service you deserve.

It has been a challenging week for me and my family, as we have been dealing with a severe stomach bug. However, I am pleased to inform you that we are on the road to recovery and nearing the end of this ordeal.

I sincerely regret having to cancel your appointments and I assure you that I will personally get in touch with each one of you to reschedule as soon as I am well enough to return to work. Your satisfaction and well-being are of utmost importance to me, and I will do my best to accommodate all the missed appointments.

Juggling the rescheduling of a significant number of appointments can be a bit overwhelming, but I am committed to providing you with the excellent service you deserve. Monday: CLOSED
Tuesday: 9:30am - 6pm
Wednesday: 9:30am - 6pm
Thursday: 9:30am - 7pm
Friday: 9:30am - 6pm
Saturday: 8am - 2pm

To ensure that you get the appointment time you need, I encourage you to book in advance, particularly for late-night appointments, as these tend to fill up quickly. Please be aware that I am no longer able to accommodate requests outside of our regular business hours.
