It’s not goodbye forever, just for now

I have been working on myself and my family and right now it’s to difficult to be a mum and run a biz that I have to physically be there for.

I have found an online space that I love and I still get to help people but in a different aspect of their life in health, mindset. It’s been so liberating to be able to help people ❤️

Well hello to all my beautiful clients and followers❤️
It has been a while since I have posted on my page!

Firstly yes I’m still doing brows if your needing an appointment ❤️

Secondly I had to share this amazing program that I have become an ambassador for because it’s simply resonates with me wholeheartedly and is helping me through 2 years of covid eating!

I honestly just ate my way through covid and became a shell of my self. I was tired, grumpy, miserable and unmotivated. Even though lockdown had finished I was still all the above.

The I found the naked challenge!

I have more energy, not having the 3pm slump and overall my health is improving.... it’s only been 4 weeks but I’m so excited for what’s to come.
