It’s not everyday that you get to celebrate 10 years of work with someone who feels less like an employee and more like family! Today is one of those very special days.

Ten years ago, I could never have imagined just how much you would grow, or how many different hats you would end up wearing. You’ve gone from being an incredible stylist to becoming an expert in hair extensions, custom colouring, wigs & toppers, social media, website design, Facebook ads and mentoring our other staff members.

From day one, you’ve treated this salon and our clients as if they were your own. Your care, pride and commitment shine through in everything you do. You consistently go above and beyond, not because anyone asks you to, but because that’s simply the kind of person you are.

You are one of the most reliable, dedicated people I know. I always know that if something needs doing, you handle it spectacularly, even when I come to you with another one of my “I’ve got an idea” moments! Thank you for always believing in the vision, embracing the crazy ideas and helping turn them into reality.

Our clients and staff adore you, the salon is better because of you and I honestly don’t know what I would do without you. Your loyalty, hard work, willingness to learn and genuine care have helped make Straight to Hairven and Crown the salon it is today. You have been there through the highs, the challenges, the changes and everything in between, and I am so incredibly grateful.
