When this client first came to see me, she was experiencing sensitivity, irritation, acne, and pigmentation. While it can be tempting to jump straight into strong corrective treatments, her skin was telling us it needed support first.
We spent the first phase of her journey focusing on repairing and strengthening her skin barrier with a simple, calming home care routine. Once her skin became healthier and more resilient, we gradually introduced more active treatments based on how her skin was responding at each appointment.

Wow. Winning Gold in the Touch Therapy category at the Best in Skin Awards was definitely not on my bingo card for 2026. In fact, I almost didn’t enter and submitted my application at the very last minute, while I was on holiday in Bali!
It was such an honour to receive this award from Halima . Thank you for everything you continue to create for our industry and for championing excellence in skin health.
Touch therapy has been at the heart of my journey and the foundation of Luminary Melbourne for the past five and a half years. In an industry that often celebrates technology and devices, I’ve always believed there is something incredibly powerful about human connection, therapeutic touch, and creating space for clients to feel truly cared for.
To see this philosophy recognised on a national stage is something I never expected, and honestly, I’m still in shock.
And of course, thank you to & . Your support and commitment to education have been such a huge part of my journey.
