Your 30s and 40s are the easiest time to change your body. Most women at this stage don’t believe that.

They’ve been training for years. They show up consistently but somewhere along the way they convinced themselves the version of their body they want might be out of reach now.

It’s not. What I see coaching women at this age is that the discipline is already there. The commitment is already there. The only thing missing was a program built specifically around them. Not a generic plan, not a class, not an app.

Your program’s been training the muscles you want to develop. The problem’s the muscles underneath them that no one’s checked.

When your hamstrings are at 60% of your quad strength instead of 75–80%, your squat’s limited before you touch the bar. Your knees are taking load they shouldn’t be and that can be why they get sore. Your legs shape won’t change at the rate your program expects.

When your glutes can’t handle your bodyweight plus 20–40% for 8 reps on a 45-degree back extension, adding more hip thrusts misses what’s holding you back.

Generic programming skips this entirely. An individualised program checks your strength ratios first, then builds around what’s limiting your results.

That’s the difference between training hard and training toward a result your body can produce right now.
