We had a very special visitor in Wonderland this week 🐯🩷
If you know us, you know we’re a Tigers family through and through 🖤 This year marks 10 years since I became a Tiger, and 10 years since I watched our ladies AND men bring home the dual premiership in 2016 🏆🏆🐯
Now here we are in 2026, with both teams heading into finals again 👀🔥🐯
Naturally, Cody was nowhere to be seen when Tankette came in because apparently there are limits to workplace team spirit when your brother is involved 😂🖤 Nothing like a little healthy workplace rivalry.
But THIS is what local footy is all about 🩷💚🖤 Community, club spirit, the banter and everyone getting behind their people 🙌🐯

💇🏼♀️ Every ponytail donated can help create wigs for people experiencing medical hair loss.
🍽️ The resources we recycle through the salon help fund meals for people in need.
🧑🏼🤝🧑🏼 Being part of Sustainable Salons helps support employment opportunities for people of all abilities.
It means the hair on our floor, the resources we use and the choices we make inside Wonderland can have an impact well beyond our salon doors.

✨ APPRENTICE CHRONICLES ✨
Day one of Cody’s annual leave and WHERE IS HE?
Wonderland. Monday morning. Doing hair with Lleyton. Naturally.
Pretty sure Friday afternoon I specifically said, “Do not come into this salon this week. Have a BREAK.” Apparently that was merely a suggestion.
Cody’s back on the Apprentice Chronicles with the attitude fully activated, while Lleyton’s over there giving face in the mirror like that was somehow included in the service menu.
Also, they wanted a makeup artist for this. Respectfully, absolutely not required. They’re both stunning as is.
Anyway, love that these two genuinely just want to be in there creating together. Even when one of them is literally on holidays.
Enjoy your annual leave, Cody. Maybe try leaving the building at some point. 😂

I’m not a before photo girl, never have been. But THIS is the one that has me seriously reconsidering my ways because the difference was insane. 😮💨

✨ CURL SCHOOL ✨
Recently we had a full day in salon dedicated to Clever Curl education, led by Lleyton after spending time training with the Clever Curl team. 🌀
Lleyton’s passion for curls is infectious. He has taught Cody and I so much and opened our eyes to an entire area of hair that we probably hadn’t given enough attention to before. The way we look at texture, approach curls and understand what curly hair actually needs has completely changed. 🩷
Of course, education days are always better shared, so we invited the beautiful Cally from Cally & Co along for the ride. Any excuse to get our salons together is a good one and it’s never a dull day when she’s around.
Such a good day for our little team and another whole layer of knowledge we get to bring back behind the chair. ✨
