Hey ladies, just thought I should finally update you all on where I’ve been hiding the past few months! I had my little boy in June and have therefore been on maternity leave.

I still get lots of requests for appointments however I won’t be returning to lashing until bub is old enough to be put into daycare in a few more months.

✒️ NEW POLICY 🖋
Hi ladies, unfortunately due to a high number of last minute cancellations, no shows and clients being late to their appointments I have now have no choice but to enforce an appointment booking deposit requirement.

Upon booking your appointment you will be required to pay half of your appointment cost (which will come off your total at the end of your appointment). If you do not show up to your appointment or cancel within 6 hours, this deposit will be non refundable.

I realise this is a slight inconvenience but most internet banking these days is quite easy to use. Also please realise that when I have someone booked in there is a lot of effort and preparation that goes on prior to your appointment not to mention I may plan my day around your appointment and to have a no show is often extremely inconvenient.

• RESEARCHING YOUR LASH TECH •

Unlike other countries, in Australia the eyelash extension industry is unregulated and unmonitored basically meaning anyone can lash your eyes whenever, wherever and however they want without officially “breaking any rules”.

I get so many ladies come to me with horror stories on previous lash technicians who:
- do not know how/are too lazy to properly isolate lashes (as seen in this top photo)
- use lash extensions which are too long and/or thick for their clients natural lashes
- have caused a build up of sleep and debris due to A) using dirty, unsanitised equipment and passing bacteria between clients and B) not reminding and educating clients to clean their lashes

Before choosing an eyelash extension technician, please make sure you check they are fully qualified, have a reputable client base, you are able to access photos of their work, and they lash in a clean environment.

The health of your eyes is in their hands, so you have a right to know all of this information!
