Little things like how a cup of Ginger and Lemon-Thyme tea is not only a refreshing drink but is also immune boosting and thyme dries up mucus like a boss 🙄😁

Super easy to prepare even when you are wallowing in the midst of a head cold. Pick or purchase a few sprigs of lemon thyme, add a generous 2 cm slice of fresh ginger, pop them both in a cup or teapot, pour boiling water over and allow to steep for 10 minutes and happy days! Goodbye tickle at the back of your throat and constantly running nose 👍🏼
