Last week, I was asked by the wonderful Keith to help be involved in his Movember fund-raiser. I was honoured to take part, and who would say no to colouring someone's Moustash PINK!! This man is quirky and very passionate about what he does. Thank you again for asking me, I have enjoyed meeting you, and I wish you all the luck with the rest of the fundraising. He will be down at the pine beach hotel this Friday night for the raffles to do more fund-raising, so pop on down and show some support 🩵

This has got to be one of the most simple yet inspiring little sentences I have ever had in my life. This sticker was handed to me by a little girl while we were walking from stage to stage at Mushroom Valley. And I felt like it was personally just for me in that exact moment and ever since, it has helped me to re align my mind. That little girl has no idea the impact she has now made on my life by doing one simple innocent gesture to a stranger 💜
