My Salon was born by wanting to create a a happy and relaxing environment for my clients. You can be guaranteed of quality work and excellent customer service.
A fun, relaxing and professional private hair salon by Rachel (18years professional & progressive training)
With open arms, ears and mind, here we create stylish & modern colours, cuts and styles that are personalized to you & your life style. This is a home based salon - but do not be deceived. You will not want for anything. Freshly brewed coffee and a selection of teas are available as well as something sweet to nibble on. If you are on the run please don't hesitate to bring something to eat along with you. At my Salon you will feel right at home. Gone are the days of having to hunt for parking spaces or worrying about getting a ticket - there are no time restraints here. Colours and products used at My Salon are O&M, (Original Mineral). An Australian owned company who believe in putting Australian natural ingredients first over chemicals where they can. Their colours are Ammonia Free and Violet based - which will help prevent your colours going brassy in the harsh Australian sun. Their products are packaged with fully recyclable containers. O&M are fully against animal testing. They also FREE of all Parabens, MIT, Triclosan, Sulfates, pthalates, propylene glycol and sodium chloride. Natural ingredients are present in their conditioners for UV protection to prevent colour fade. Appointments are essential.

To my beautiful guests who feel like a second family to me, I just wanted to give you a quick update: Thank you all so much to everyone who has wished us well and kept us in their thoughts.💞
We love our baby girl Rosie and and Lloyd is obsessed with his new sister 🥰 We couldn't be happier and are all well.
As with any new baby in the family, you need time to find your feet. We have had a few small challenges along the way, but I am looking at returning to the salon floor soon. I will be putting up available dates to book soon in a future post. I am hoping everyone is just as well as they were when I left and am so excited to reconnect with you 🙌😍. If you have an urgent event & would like to make contact regarding a future booking please SMS me and I'll do my best to assist you. All my love and gratitude 💐💐xo

Let me explain why this extra step is well worth it 💬
🌟A root shadows is slightly deeper colour of the lightest you have in you hair.
We apply that through just the very top root area about 1cm on and out from the scalp.
This helps to diffuse the brightness of the blonde, creating a soft blend where the colour starts at the root
This helps soften the look of regrowth, and creates an untraceable transition between your natural colour and your highlights ✨
