Yes we are back today at the salon today Monday the 11th of Oct. we are all fully vaccinated and ready to roll .you can get in touch again on 9869 7927 also we have many ways for you to contact us, from our Hairacy app on you smart phone , email us at [email protected] or You can send message us on our socials with your full name an service required and we will get back to as soon as we can but (please read full post before).
We do expect that info will continue to change in relation to our obligations as a small business, so we would like to reassure you that we are reviewing this daily and will continue to update you on any changes.
What we can tell you so far is:
Only double vaccinated clients will be allowed to return upon our initial return date. More information will be provided to you as soon as we gain clarity for anyone that does not fall into this category but we are happy to continue providing you with any home care/colour kits delivered to your door or via click & collect in the meantime.
Masks must be worn throughout the duration of your hair appointment.
Checking in will be mandatory for all clients through the QR code displayed at salon entry.
We will be operating under a max 5 client capacity until the 80 percent of population of Nsw is met (expected on Oct 18). So we kindly ask you to make yourself known to our team upon your arrival at the salon before taking a seat on our front porch.
Our team will then welcome you inside once we have cleaned & sanitised a space just for you. We kindly ask that you refrain from attending the salon if you don’t have a scheduled appointment & refrain from bringing a +1 with you to assist us in keeping within our capacity.
We have initially extended our trading hours to accommodate extra times .
As it has been such a long time since we have seen you, we are aware you may want or need a longer appointment as more work may be required to get your hair back on track. This can be discussed in detail upon rebooking to provide transparency on time and price.
We will continue to abide by our Covid -19 safety plan.

Business as usual under unusual circumstances.
We value safety at Hairacy and we would love to share with you our measures under the Covid-19 pressure .

How are we respecting social distancing in our salon?

-we are fortunate to have a big space in our salon so we will continue to keep a free space in between clients and actually exceeding the guidelines of the number of clients and staff per sq/m.
-Team members are wiping down the stations and basins with antiseptic before and after every client , doors and drawers handles, eftpos machine, telephones and keyboards.
-washing hands before and after each client.
- 70% Alcohol based wipes are offered to each client on the entry and the exit to our clients and staff members.
-Disposable cups only for beverages
-we prefer if you bring your own book with you, otherwise magazines are available with gloves
-wearing disposable gloves for every service where possible.
- we don't re-use towels and capes unless they washed and disinfected.
-we ensure a great ventilation in the salon .
- we mop the salon twice a day.

A reminder to anyone that has returned from overseas in the last month, been in a close contact with someone that has , presenting any symptoms of being unwell or if you have been around someone unwell we do kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment.
we will continue to make any necessary changes according to any new information filtering through from the experts on daily basis and we are ready to adjust our trading terms as needed to best accommodate space and limitations of guests as we value your health as much as our own.

we believe by offering a Safe haven,allows our clients to feel little more comfortable to keep visiting us to feel good about themselves and keeping the hair looking at it best.
