🏫 School Challenge – Who’s In? 💜

Relay For Life Euroa is challenging every school in our district to enter a team for this year’s event!

Whether you’re a primary school, secondary school, staff team, parents’ group or senior students, we’d love to see you walking together for a cause that touches every community.

Relay For Life is about celebrating cancer survivors, remembering loved ones we’ve lost, and raising vital funds for Cancer Council’s life-saving research, prevention programs and support services.

Every lap makes a difference. Every dollar helps. Every team matters.

Back pain is no joke. This weekend was my turn although very unusual for me to experience lower back pain this past weekend was a painful one.
Some helpful hints for those in need
1. Warmth is your friend
2. Gentle walking to help with blood flow
3. Rest when needed but avoid sitting for long periods of time
4. Light Gentle stretches but dont over do it
Hopefully all going well I will be back in the clinic soon 😃
