Mend & Restore Remedial Therapies

So - I have been inspired by some beautiful humans I know who are doing this also and by some that are fighting or have previously fought this battle.

A percentage of all Treatments in October will be donated to support those that need it.

If you would like to add a small donation to my page please head to the link, share it with your friends and hopefully we can make a little difference together 🩷🩷

Pink is the Colour I am fundraising to ensure no one experiencing cancer misses out on the care of a McGrath Cancer Care Nurse.

It’s been a little minute since I’ve updated on here!

Wow time flies 🙃🚀

How this little space & the modalities I have studied and offer as a part of your Remedial Massage have grown 😳

What has not grown - since June 2024 - are my prices!💲

Even better for you - my wonderful clients- this calendar year they will NOT increase!

Thank you for your support of my little business that is one of my passions- I truly appreciate you all and helping you get the most out of your hard working human vessels!

Stay amazing 🥰🙏🔮

I must say I was so shocked when this little memory popped up from 4 years ago when I first opened the doors to my home clinic.
The growth of this little space actually made me happy cry!

Along with this beautiful space this has developed to that I open up to share with my amazing clients I have also grown!

Who would have believed that by backing myself and my dream I would not only finish the Diploma (4 years ago 😳) but have also learned and added to my modalities to help you all!
Cupping
Hot stones
Cold laser therapy
Dry needling
Ultrasound therapy
Infrared sauna with Chromotherapy lighting

More than just a Remedial massage fix!

So as most of my amazing clients know my daughter and I are off to do a doubles HYROX in Brisbane next week!
I have some limited appointments this week still available by request and no availability for any new appointments from the Easter break until my return!

From Monday 13th April I have appointments by request but back to normal from Monday 20th April!

If I don’t see you this week have a wonderful Easter break and I hope you all get to spend time creating beautiful memories with those you love 💚☺️🐣🐰
Be safe!

Many of my clients know our puppies.
Sadly last Friday we had to say goodbye to our old loved lady Charlotte at 16 years young.

If there are a few more paw prints on the floor and some hair balls in the corners as you walk through the entrance over the next couple of weeks please bear with us. We are not in a rush to wash it all away.

Hug your fur babies💔🐾💗

Thrilled that I was able to secure two laps in the feature of this event.
❤️🌹

We have been overwhelmed with the response for lap ownership... truly awesome! A massive appreciation post for all the names below... some from across the world! 🌹

We have sneakily added the before and after laps... and since those, we have still had others wanting to be involved... we will find a way to recognize them.. but for now.. please have a read & acknowledge your 2026 65 Roses Championship lap line up... 👏

Hey everyone!
Just a quick update- I’m currently having some issues with people being able to book on Saturdays!

I am working on it but it’s taking me a little time.

If you are looking for an appointment on a Saturday for now please message me and I’ll let you know what I have available ☺️🫶🏻
