As mums our time is never our own. I didn’t get much time spare time this week until this morning. But finally found some time to colour my hair, got spoilt by these two rascals 💜💚and Andy 🩵with loads of cuddles, drawings, bookmarks and key rings (because you can never have too many key rings!) And a lovely new dressing gown!
Lunch at the golfy with my beautiful Mum, a movie afternoon and lots of love ❤️

95% of my work days I spend with Mums!
Seeing the same faces on repeat every 4-8 weeks. Month after month, year after year. The same mums over and over again. Sharing a small part of their lives with me and me sharing a massive part of my life with them.
We laugh, we cry, we debate, we sit in silence, we relax, we encourage each other, we reflect, we share the many experiences of motherhood over and over again. I’m forever in awe of the wisdom and strength I see daily from many women who are mums. Who are just trying to do the very best they can each day to love and cherish their own precious children and grandchildren.
Helping them feel better about themselves and giving them a boost of confidence every time I see them is a pleasure. I’ve learnt and continue to learn so much from each of you. Not just about being a mum but about life and all its battles and triumphs.
Happy Mother’s Day to all the Mums. I cherish all of you and the wisdom you’ve brought to me walking through my doors and sitting in my chair over the years!
