WELCOME BACK!!

What fantastic news we were given today by the Victorian Government.
HDC will be welcoming guests back on Friday 22nd of October.
How this will look moving forward
Under the direction from the Victorian Chief Health Officer, all guests attending HDC must be fully vaccinated upon arrival for their appointment. We know that some of you are not vaccinated and we would love to welcome you with open arms but unfortunately for now we can only welcome fully vaccinated guests. As soon as the Chief Health Officer allows us to see our unvaccinated guests we will be in touch. We are putting your names on a VIP list so if you haven’t reached out please do so.

Moving forward with appointments
1st Preference will go to guests that missed appointments due to lockdown.
2nd Preference will go to guests that have reached out to be put on our waitlist. If you haven’t reached out leave a message on the salon’s phone.
3rd Preference will go to new guests wanting to join our family.

We ask for kindness and patience during this time of rescheduling appointments.
It’s a massive task that takes days and possibly weeks to organize.
We can not wait to see you in salon and make you look fabulous.

Subject to government confirmation and fellow Victorians being double vaccinated at 70%, we could be reopening our doors. If and when we do reopen we will have a cap of 5 guests in salon at one time. Once we get to 80% double vaccinated there will be no cap on numbers in salon.
How things will work moving forward.
Our guests who had previous appointments that were cancelled due to lockdown will get first priority followed by guest that have reached out during the lockdown that are on our waitlist.
We ask for your patience and understanding during this time because as you all can imagine we have been inundated with all your requests. If you are not on our waitlist please reach out to [email protected] as our online booking system will remain disarmed for the time being and we will be more than happy to add you to our wait list.
