Monarch Hair and Color has now been around for over 17 years, Created by Santina Cotela back in 1995, after having worked at several leading Salons around Melbourne for a number of years. Cathy Cotela joined Monarch in 2000, as Colorist. Cathy came from a Graphic Design background working at Australia's leading Music, Fashion and Youth Design Studio FCD. The original Monarch was on the Collingwood

Hey everyone,
Lockdown has now been extended, Cath and I will start back as soon as we hav a definite date. In the next coming days we’ll be in contact with clients that would have had an appointment and we’ll try to accommodate you with a new appointment time, please be patient and we’ll get through this. Due to the recent restrictions and the increasing COVID positive numbers, Cath and I have made a difficult decision to temporarily close our doors until we can safely return. The well being and safety of our clients and the wider community is our priority. We appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you soon.
