Today I attended the Thriving Through Menopause Symposium. Those that know me know that this has been my side passion for a while now. Today we listened to Doctors and experts in the field of menopause who are at the forefront of the latest research. Right now there are about 1.2 billion women that are in menopause including myself and let me tell you I’m doing everything I know to live my best life ever. It’s our 3rd act and we are stronger and wiser than ever. I know many women don’t want to have this conversation as it feels like we are ageing , getting older but I disagree. It can be the best time in a women’s life. A magical time . Let’s empower each other through having the conversation and being curious and asking questions. My generation is paving the way for the next 💞
