It’s always the thought that counts, handmade is far superior in my eyes.

So here’s a simple DIY for you:

LINEN SPRAY

💜 10 drops Lavender essential oil
💜 10 drops Balance essential oil
💜 10 drops Bergamot essential oil
💜 1 Tbsp Witch Hazel
💜 Filtered Water

Combine all in a 100ml glass spray bottle.
Spray onto pillow, sheets and yourself at bedtime and have sweet dreams 😌

When the people around you are under the weather, you keep your immune boosted with 2 drops OnGuard in your drink bottle.

My drink bottle is 1L capacity and is stainless steel. Don’t put essential oils in plastic bottles - they naturally break down petrochemicals (aka plastic) and then you will be drinking your bottle, not ideal! Eek!

OnGuard essential oil is a blend of Clove, Cinnamon, Rosemary, Wild Orange & Eucalyptus
