Morning ritual .. when I wake up puffy I do a lymphatic drainage… always start with aim to keep body in alkaline state with hot water and lemon skin .

I’m pretty sure my husband is up there in heaven organising the flowers and signing my birthday card with his favourite line:
“To my beautiful wife… you’re just like a fine wine—you only get better with age.”
Well… who am I to argue with him? 😉❤️ Cheers to another vintage year!
Pigmentation is in inflammation…. I always say laser is a quick fix you need a tyrosinase inhibitor to retrain the cells so they function evenly.
