YOGA EMBODIMENS N SOUND WEDNESDAY NIGHTS 6 to 7 pm

Yoga is not a work-out, it is a work-in. And this is the point, to make us teachable; to open our hearts and focus our awareness so that we can know what we already know and be who we already are.

AERIAL YOGA N SOUND TUESDAY NIGHTS 5.45pm-6.45pm

What if your body already knows? What if it doesn’t need to be pushed, fixed, forced, or controlled? What if it simply needs to be heard? There is wisdom in slowing down. There is wisdom in paying attention. There is wisdom in letting your body lead. 🤍
