it’s so crazy to see how much i’ve grown as a hairdresser in just 3 years!

i never really give myself enough credit for my work, i always think about the negatives and that my work is never good enough, i put way too much pressure on myself
im so grateful for all the training i have gotten along the way and that has never stopped! being qualified or a senior does not mean that your still not learning or up skilling
it definitely helps when you have a boss that is so passionate about education/training and makes it a BIG priority

why you should always do two shampoos on hair wash day ✨
first shampoo is to get rid of any oil and/or product build up thats in your hair - cleansing or detoxing shampoos are really good for this! (kevin murphy and everescents)
second shampoo is to actually clean your scalp and hair - any shampoo your hair is needing, example if it gets oily quickly any lightweight but still hydrating shampoo is beneficial (kevin murphy and everescents)
one conditioner is required every wash for hydration, moisture and repair on your mids to ends, do not put on roots as it causes an oily scalp and build up (kevin murphy and everescents)
