As most of you know, I’m studying a Bachelor of Chinese Medicine—another passion I hope to bring into Sculpt one day soon.
This has opened up an incredible opportunity, and I’ll do my best to share little updates with you over the next two months ✨

From September through to November 12th, I’ll be taking a short pause at Sculpt while I travel to Taiwan to complete an internship at Tzu Chi Hospital.
During this time, I’ll be in the Chinese medicine departments, learning from some of the most respected doctors in Taiwan,
all to deepen my knowledge and bring back Chinese medicine insights to share with you.

It’s been an amazing first week already, and I feel so grateful for this experience—but I’m missing seeing you all in the studio!

The Move with Saint Louve wellness experience last weekend was the best way to celebrate the launch of the new and incredible facial cleansers, and the beautiful community we have here in Geelong.

It was a pleasure starting the day guiding everyone through a lymphatic and Gua Sha session, for it to be followed by Emma from guiding her signature Hot Mat Pilates class.

Of course we get to finish the day with strawberry matcha, gift bags with goodies from local businesses, and a chance to experience the soon to be released cleaners!
