I thought it was time to get back in front of the camera and put a face to my business. This was no easy feat without a photographer to get an “Instagram ready” photo, although Flynn did try his hardest...So hi there friend! I just want to share my oily knowledge with you all :)

I wanted to share what oils I am using at the moment to help balance my hormones, as they have been all over the shop since baby number 2! I can not believe the difference they have made, and I’ll be honest, I was like “hmmm, is this really going to help?”, but then I just whack them on and they do their thang! Good bye grumpy pants, good bye irregular periods -amazing 🙌🏼 So what am I using? With out going into too much here...

The best place to put these babies is on the reproductive system Vitaflex points. For females, that is the outer right ankle and for males, that is the outer left ankle.
