What swaps have you made?
Like we need MORE pesticides in our food?! 😤
Despite the warning that it can harm unborn babies, pesticide companies are still saying they cause no harm to human health 🤯
How?! How can we allow this? How can we stop this?
If you want to decrease some of the surface pesticides you can:
1️⃣ soak in bicarb and water for 15 mins
Or
2️⃣ soak in vinegar and water for 15 mins
Or
3️⃣ purchase a fruit and veg wash (I’ve used or )
We all need to be using our voices and our wallets to make big companies listen.
Or purchase from small, family-owned farms.

Anyone else get strange looks when you tell them you use something other than pharmaceuticals?
Fragrance isn’t just a ‘nice’, innocent smell.
It messes with your hormones, can cause allergies, and yet it is still in most products in our shelves.
If you haven’t get ditched ‘fragrance’, have a look around your house and read some ingredient labels. If it contains fragrance, maybe throw it out or look for a better alternative.
The repeated exposure is causing you more harm than good!
