✨ BIG NEWS — WE’RE CHANGING BOOKING SYSTEMS! ✨

Over the coming weeks, Base Colour + Co is moving to a brand-new booking system — Phorest!

We’re making the change to give you an even smoother booking experience and make managing your appointments easier than ever.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU:

1. You’ll need to add your card details
You will be required to add your credit or debit card details. Your payment information is securely processed through Stripe/PhorestPay and is encrypted and protected.

2. Deposits will be required to secure your appointment. Once you book an appointment, you’ll receive an automated deposit request via SMS/email.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid. If the deposit isn’t paid within the required timeframe, the system may automatically release/cancel your appointment.

Phorest supports automatic cancellation of appointments when a payment link isn’t completed within the chosen timeframe.

3. Your card details will be securely stored to make future bookings easier. This allows us to protect appointments from late cancellations and no-shows in accordance with our salon policies.

4. You’ll receive automated appointment reminders. You’ll receive reminders and important appointment information directly through the new system, helping make sure you never forget your appointment.

5. You’ll be able to manage your appointments more easily
Once everything is up and running, you’ll be able to book, rebook and manage your appointments online, making things much easier for everyone.
