Peek a boo pink anyone ?? 💕 My lovely guest came in and wanted a change from her usual full head of foils and gave me full control 🙊. I utilized her past blonde and current regrowth and came up with this fun creation😍. I added some peek a boo pieces of pink and toned the rest with our L’Oréal Dia Light range to give her an icy blonde ❄️. Not all amazing Colour work needs to take 4 hours, sometimes working with the cavas you have can achieve the most beautiful results🌈.

Last week we said our final goodbyes to our Vines Road location and beautified everyone’s hair here for the final time 🥹.

I have been blessed to be in this amazing industry for 17 years and be the proud owner of this amazing salon for the past 7.

The last 7 years have been the most enjoyable, exciting and sometimes challenging times iv experienced so far. We went through an amazing opening, a crazy year with IGA burning down, who can forget a challenging few years of the dreaded covid pandemic, an engagement and then the most amazing wedding anyone could ask for 👰🏽‍♀️. But through all of this Iv been blessed to have the most beautiful staff, make amazing new friends and over the last 17 years gain the most kind and caring clients that anyone could ask for.

It’s finally time to say goodbye to this chapter of my life, at this big beautiful Vines Road location and open up a new chapter and salon, in my quiet little suburb of Lara.

To Hannah Mahoney Hair and Beauty, my amazing staff member, my friend, my family 🥰. Thank you so much for the last 5 years that you have been with me. We have laughted together , cried together and yes partied together . You have literally been my ride or die at work. You have always had my back, been there for all the great times and not so pleasant times but most of all, you have grown so much in the last 5 years and I am so proud of you. From the moment you walked into my salon just freshly qualified, I new you were my girl and couldn’t wait to make many memories with you. You have grown into such an amazing hairdresser and I can’t wait to see you thrive in your new salon home. Smith Hair studio has gained such a beautiful kind, talented and caring hairstylist and they are lucky to have you as part of their team.

Do you ever feel like a change from being so blonde without it being permanent?? 🤷🏽‍♀️ Well you 100% can. With our beautiful L’Oreal dia light I created this stunning soft copper toner for our lovely guest🥰. Over time this toner will fade out and then it’s back to blonde and back to more colour fun. Who said blondes have more fun 😉.

The date has finally arrived …
Thursday September 28th will be our official last day of calling 77 Vines Road Hamlyn Heights our home 🙊.

After an amazing 7 years of being the proud owner and operator of Salon Meraki Colour Specialists, I have decided to step back from owning this big beautiful salon on Vines Road and start my new adventure .

To all of our amazing clients, I thank you all so much for such an amazing 7 years we have all had together . I have met the most amazing people, made some amazing friendships and made a life time of memories I will never forget.
