honesltynatural.com.au/shop THIS IS IT! we are shutting shop. please grab yourself a treat as it is all at or below cost price. I know I said we would shut a week ago but with very slow sales I am needing to stay open until most of the stock is gone. I need the space, help a gal out xx

As you know all our products are the most natural choice, watch out for those big stores claiming to be similar. Your Fav store NL has been bought out by a huge company so be very careful of what there claims are. We all know what happens when companies get bought out. So grab what you can from us as you know it is the least harmful product possible. I am still always here to help if you have questions on ingredients or a product. Just send an email to Eco Fairy Cleaning and I will be more than happy to give you a hand.

This is it. We are finally shutting shop for good 😢 in 2 weeks I will shut our website down. honestlynatural.com.au/shop/

It was always a hard decision but as life got super tough for many small businesses over recent months I also had to make the decision like others to do what was in our best interest to survive.
I have put everything at or below cost price on the site, and removed anything I don't have in stock so it is easy for you to go through my last products.

I want to thank you for the support while I tried to build Honestly Natural. I know it could have gone far but I just don't have the time or energy to continue that any more.
Eco Fairy Cleaning is now my priority and I have a wonderful team of local ladies who help me in this new venture.
I appreciate your help with shutting shop by purchasing products. This money will help go toward getting uniforms and marketing materials for our new adventure 😁

Grab a bargain for Christmas or stock up on your fav products while they are at cost prices. I will make a new website for all things natural that will go alongside Eco fairy so feel free to follow us there and hopefully not to far away I will have that up and running. I would love to have cleaning, kitchen and laundry products for sale, blogs just like I used to do and lots of DIY natural cleaning tips. We have some pretty good techniques for cleaning now. Lots of little hacks my team and I use for cleaning homes.

Thank you again for all your kind words and support over the years with Honestly Natural

Thank you so much for all the support while we shut down and change over to Eco Fairy Cleaning . While our FB is still up and running I wanted to let you know about some ingredients changes I have noticed.

Abode dish liquid has just recently changed some of their formulations (which is so sad as they were my go to). The dish liquid now contains Phenoxyethanol which can be quite irritating to the skin according to the EWG and especially to people who suffer dermatitis. I will be searching and adding new dish liquids to our Eco fairy page once it is up and running which won't contain any possible irritants

P'ure papayacre has rebranded and you may have noticed their new purple packaging. Their skin food and lips have had one ingredient added - Lactobacillus Ferment (this one is a little unknown) so if your after it with the old ing. we still have one lip left and one sml skin food. Lactobacillus Ferment could be ok, but just be wary of some of the new products in the range if you are avoiding certain irritants. I noticed these ingredients in some of the new range, which are a No for us. Sodium Hydroxide, Radish Root Ferment Filtrate and potassium sorbate.

Lastly my old fav, little urchin sunscreen has also had a recent change and added Glyceryl Isostearate & Polyhydroxystearic Acid to their sunscreens. One has no data on the EWG and Glyceryl is a 1-3 stating it could be an irritant.

So sad to say goodbye 😭 Thank you to all of you who supported me over the last few years 💜 The good news is our core values, blogs and some products will be back, but in a different way. Through Eco Fairy Cleaning . Purchasing our last stock helps me get the funds to build a new website and build Eco fairy 🧚‍♀️, this means I can continue to blog, review and bring you natural living tips 💞

IS STAINLESS TOXIN FREE?
We all want to cook with non stick pans for the convenience of them. But with convenience often comes dangers. Majority of non stick pans contain toxic coatings (known to cause cancer) which are released during cooking. Sometimes the coating chips too, which is then ingested 🤢.
So when you want something natural we look to stainless or cast iron don't we?
But did you know when choosing stainless they aren't all as clean as each other!

I just got myself a new set of stainless pots and pans becasue I finally found a NICKEL FREE set 🙌🙌
Nickel is high up on the ATSDR list of priority toxins and also leaches under heat. Its favorable to have nickel in SS because it is
More corrosion resistant.. but if you want the cleanest cookwear try nickel free 😉

Another healthy living tip for you all before shutting down and switching to our new journey at Eco Fairy Cleaning 💕🧚‍♀️

Honestly Natural is Closing Down 😭.. I know some of you have probably thought this was coming due to the absence of posts and blogs. But the extremely sad news is, that I will be shutting down Honestly Natural. I want to give a HUGE thank you to those that have followed, supported and bought products from our little family business. You have all always put a smile on our face :)

We have had some changes in circumstances and I just don’t have the time to be running a business which doesn’t pay any bills. Businesses like this take time, money and a lot of time..did I say time? And with the way life has changed the last 12 months, like many other businesses we will be shutting our shop because I just can't do it anymore 🥺. ….
BUT THERE IS SOME GOOD NEWS FOR YOU. I now run a growing Eco domestic cleaning business in Torquay, and I am expanding the business to have a retail aspect to it. Same policies, same values as Honestly Natural had, Same blog styles, similar posts (with lots of cleaning related things to help you too). So please don’t unfollow me just yet ( I hope I can still give you the same value through ECO FAIRY 🧚‍♀️).
I will let you know when I have the new website up and running. Instead of beauty, baby and personal care products it will be all home related cleaning, laundry and soaps etc, the things you can’t live without, essentials for your household.

I would love to say we are having a BIG closing down sale for you, but I am not putting everything on sale if I can help it, as I need to sell of my stock and put that money back into the new business, so trying not to loose out too much. This way any sales help me get new stock, new website etc, which all takes time and money.
I am putting some products on sale which have short dates etc so keep checking in over the next week or so. Brands like Miod, Honestly and natures child will be on sale as well as Willow by the sea.

If you still want to support small, local please snap up your fav goodies as they won’t be getting restocked 😔 Super sad, and it was a long hard decision for me but I need to do what is right for my family. If you would like to keep supporting my lil biz (and you are also supporting local mums, uni students, ladies who need flexibility in their work life) please follow us Eco Fairy Cleaning instead for some super helpful tips

My husband has always been scared of safety razors (he thought he would slit his throat 😅), So I tried to find him a disposable razor that didn't have any nasty chemicals in that little lubricant strip. Traditional razors can contain a myriad of chemicals up to 20 in that little tiny strip!!!

But unfortunately I couldn't find one, not even a 'natural' one sold on all the health sites. The ingredients listed on the packet aren't the full list..I knew there had to be more than what was stated so I did some investigating.. I am legally not allowed to disclose the ingredients but I can say they DON'T comply with our ingredients policy.

Another prime example of health stores still selling things which might not be what you think. They also might not know what is in a lot of the products they sell because they are sold through NATURAL distributors. I have never been one to just trust what someone else says, I will research first.

Now hubby is very happy with the safety razor, and he never slit his throat lol. I used it once on my legs (I just didn't have time to wax) and it isn't hard at all. I quite like it. Best of all they are completely reusable and the blades are recyclable!
Cleanest and most eco choice for shaving 🙌

I’m Back! I finally have my office set up, my products have a home on shelving again and I am feeling better now I am detoxing from the mould poisoning at the last rental we lived in. I have days I feel crap but overall feeling great so I am going to try and get back to the old ways and give you some interesting, valuable and informative content.

I thought this one is pretty interesting! 🐶🥕
My homeopathic vet told me to give the pulp of my juices to my dogs with their food (mine are on a raw diet).
Adding vegetables helps add fibre and beneficial minerals to their diet it also ads prebiotics (I also ad probiotics to their meals too) .

🐺Dogs in the wild would have had some vegetables from the animals they eat. The reason doe pulp is that it is hard for them to digest whole vegetables, so giving the pulp is the perfect way.
It also helps with some of the waste we generate when juicing WINWIN!

Just avoid onions, grapes and raisins, and avocados, which can be toxic to dogs. Garlic does provide many benefits, but use only in moderation

We made a carrot, apple, ginger and and celery juice here 🤤🤤

I asked Adele our in-house aromatherapist to give us the low down of Clove oil as this is one oil I usually say NO to. According to the environmental working group (EWG) it can be a skin irritant or allergen. It is a rating 4 on their skin deep scale.
As we only allow ingredients with only a rating 1-2 on the site I spoke with Adele our in house aromatherapist to get some more info on Clove oil and if it is ok in SOME products (such as our naturally goat laundry powder as it is a washed off before touching the skin).

Adele has told me that in small amounts it’s great, and for specific uses. Clove oil is known to be Hypersensitive, and contraindicated on diseased or damaged skin. It should also be AVOIDED FOR CHILDREN UNDER 2. This is why it is always so important to always get info from a qualified aromatherapist.

The maximum dermal use is 0.5% for Clove bud and 0.6% for clove leaf. Though some aromatherapy experts recommend to stay away from clove leaf entirely. Remember essential oils are super concentrated. So is not the same as a clove infusion. It is a hot oil so be wary of using it with kids in a off the shelf product.

Adele also mentioned a few beneficial ways to use clove oil. She doesn’t recommend it be used for ‘beauty’ (which is why you won’t see it in any of our products except for laundry or cleaning products). It is however great for mould removal, hence it has been used for athletes foot! It’s also good for colds, nausea, arthritis, and to help digestion issues.

Our one product which does contain clove is our Naturally Goat Laundry powder, clove helps to get rid of bacteria on your vlothinghttps://www.honestlynatural.com.au/shop/naturally-goat-concentrated-laundry-powder-3/

Hopefully that clears up a few things regarding clove oil for you, I will still only be using it for non topical products as it can be irritating to some people.

Borax and goat laundry powder to get rid of musty smells and possible mould on our clothes.

This is my new home each night 🤣. We are washing every single item of clothing, bedding, soft toy and anything that is fabric before it comes into our new house (check out the comments to see my husbands hat that was in the back of the WIR 🤢). Normally I'm not a fan of borax but the best, most natural and safest way for some serious mould removal and creating an environment it wont grow back, is using borax, I also chose naturally goat laundry powder as it contains clove oil also a mould buster also my new fav washing powder. (clove is also something I avoid but as it is washed off our in house aromatherapist has given the laundry powder the tick of approval).

I add 1/2c of borax to each normal sized load of washing, wash on hot if possible.
