Focusing on long, seamless strokes that glide from one part of the body to another, Lomi Lomi massage soothes the mind while easing out the tension in the muscles. These rhythmic, repetitive movement allows the client to fully relax during a treatment. This is followed by RBW Bowen, It involves gently stretching the fascia to promote pain relief. Using precise and gentle, rolling hand movements. These motions focus on the muscles, tendons, and ligaments, along with the fascia and skin around them. The idea is to reduce pain by stimulating the nervous system.
