Life can be tough sometimes.

We all know that person or family who is doing their best but has been dealt a bit of a rough hand lately. The thing is, many people who are struggling don’t always ask for help, even when they need it most.

I’d love to pay it forward by providing some beautiful home cooked meals from the beautiful Tea Thyme by K to a family who could use a little extra support right now.

If you know someone who may be going through a difficult time, please feel free to send me a private message. There is absolutely no need to comment publicly on this post. Just let me know a little about the situation and either their address (if appropriate) or we can arrange for you to collect the meals and deliver them yourself.

This isn’t about charity or making anyone feel uncomfortable. It’s simply about neighbours helping neighbours and showing a little kindness when life feels heavy.

Sometimes a warm meal can mean more than we realise.

Hi Beauty’s 👋🏼💕

It’s been a little bit of a challenging time lately at Suga XO 💭 but one thing that’s really stood out through it all is the team we have 🤍

The way everyone shows up, supports each other, and works together with respect doesn’t go unnoticed. It genuinely feels like a little family in here 🫶🏼

Recently, we had a health & safety inspection come through after someone raised concerns. And honestly all it did was confirm what we already knew ✔️
Our space is clean, compliant, and every service is carried out by fully qualified professionals who take pride in what they do 💅🏼✨

So while the intention behind it might not have been great… the outcome just reinforced that everything here is being done the right way.

Sometimes people act from a place of frustration and that’s okay. We’ll just keep focusing on what we do best: looking after our clients and each other 🤍

Suga XO is still standing strong, still doing its thing… and still full of good energy 💖
