Last week was a little overwhelming in the salon, and as we head into this time of year, sickness definitely starts doing the rounds 🤧🦠

First things first….. if you’re unwell, PLEASE let us know. We completely understand sickness happens, and we would much rather reschedule your appointment than risk passing something on. 💕

The same goes for us. We absolutely HATE rescheduling our beautiful clients, but if one of our girls is unwell, your health comes first. Always. ❤️

We cater to clients of all ages, including people with lowered or compromised immune systems, where even a small cold or bug can turn into something much bigger. We would hate to be the reason you ended up unwell.

If we reschedule due to illness, please know it’s about protecting you, our other clients and our team. 🫶🏼

We LOVE the relationship we have with our clients. Our salon is happy, cheeky, vibrant and sometimes slightly chaotic exactly how we like it. 😂💋

We understand frustration happens and everyone has bad days. But there is always a human being on the other side of the counter. Our girls will treat you with kindness and respect, and we simply ask for the same in return.

We’ll happily try to turn your frown upside down, but being rude, belittling or disrespectful to our team is never okay. Kindness costs nothing. 💕
