I completely understand that with the rising cost of living, luxuries like nails are often the first to be cut back.
However, I also want to gently remind everyone that this is my full-time job and my livelihood. This is how I cover my own cost of living.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve had an increase in last-minute cancellations and reschedules. Unfortunately, this leaves empty appointment spaces that could have been offered to clients currently on the waitlist, who miss out due to the short notice.

Over these past few weeks, I’ve done my best to accommodate changes, even working on my days off - but moving forward, this will no longer be possible. This decision hasn’t been made lightly.

Please note that any last-minute cancellations and rescheduling will incur a 50% fee.

If this pattern continues, I will need to limit my clientele and prioritise regular and reliable clients to ensure the sustainability of my business and schedule. This may also result in a permanent change to my booking policy, with a 50% non-refundable booking fee required to secure all appointments.

I kindly ask that you only book if you are 100% sure you can attend.

I love my job and the relationships I’ve built with my clients. I always do my best to accommodate everyone so it works for both of us. However, ongoing last-minute changes can make it challenging to maintain that balance.
