Crown 2 Reign clients who have purchased tees prior to last week, your shirts can be picked up from 5pm today

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WORK OUT/Exercise this Saturday 25th at F45 Gladstone. (just around the corner from us off cockatoo drive near the little roundabout)

ALL food and coffee proceeds on the day will go to helping raise funds for my on going Treatments.
I'm looking forward to fresh dough /breakfast pizzas!! 🍕And a good coffee!!!☕

Also RAFFEL TICKETS are still available for purchase and on the day until 8.30am (when we will start the draws!!)
