Fry in a some and grated until golden brown add
fry for a few minutes then add a handful of and pre cooked add and powder according to taste. Gently fry for 5 to 7 minutes
Garnish with chopped onion and red
Serve with rice or if desired

When cooking dhal I try and use a few different types of lentils/pulses/legumes together. Not only does it make your soup extra yummy it is also extremely nutritious. There are 4 lentils in my today. Can you guess what 4 they are?

Ayurvedic tip: to make them easily digestible soak lentils/ legumes overnight or for at least eight hours before cooking.
