The Story Behind Royale Beauty

Hey, I’m Kairi, pronounced like Cardi!
I’m half French and half Japanese, but I was born and raised on the beautiful Gold Coast.
At 25, I’m a proud Virgo (which means, yes, I’m a perfectionist!) and I’ve always had a deep love for all things artistic and creative.

From a young age, I was always that kid who couldn’t stay away from anything creative. Whether it was drawing, painting, or experimenting with colors, art was my first love. After finishing school, I had no idea what direction I wanted to take—until others started to see something in me that I didn’t yet recognize.

Over time, I became drawn to makeup artistry. But it wasn’t just the art of makeup itself—it was also deeply personal. I’ve struggled with insecurities about my skin, and for years I felt the need to cover up before leaving the house. This struggle sparked my interest in learning more about makeup techniques, and soon enough, I was obsessed with mastering the art of skin perfecting and makeup application.

With my foundation in art and my growing love for makeup, I began to realize that makeup could be so much more than just a tool for beauty—it could be a way to enhance confidence and help others feel their best. That’s how my journey to becoming a professional makeup artist began, and what eventually led me to creating my beauty business.

Royale Beauty was born from the desire to not only make others feel beautiful but to help them feel empowered and confident in their own skin. From my humble beginnings, my passion for makeup artistry blossomed into something I’m beyond proud of.
