You have to give to yourself in order to give the best version of yourself to others. Before I found massage, I worked in the mining & resource industry. A career that provided everything I ever wanted financially but offered me no fulfilment or real sense of purpose in life. During this time of existential crisis, I felt overwhelming anxiety, depression, and pressure. Its through helping myself cope and maintain I have found fulfilment in helping others in a similar situation. Now my purpose is to ease the burdens of others with a touch that is truly empathetic.
