* Saturdays and public holidays add $10 to any service above.

Baby Massage for those little movers!

Massage can still be offered to those busy little movers. They do not have to lay down and be still. The world is a big exciting place that they want to see and explore! If bub is willing to receive a massage you can do it seated and get them involved, they still gain the same amount of special benefits 😍

GLUTES

Strong glutes are important for proper pelvic alignment, movement during running, walking, standing on one leg and pretty much everything else that we do. Strong glutes help to support the lower back and prevent injuries through the body! To assist keeping our glutes strong with exercise/squats/clams/weights etc we need to recover them too with stretching and massage.
