Oh Mai Beauty Nail & Lash is a beauty salon located in Ashmore, Goldcoast. Also, there is plenty of on-road parking on the street outside of the salon.
We provide a wide range of beauty services including Manicures, Pedicures, Eyelash Extensions, Waxing, Tinting, Shellac/Gel Nails, Nail Art to Elim Mediheel & MediHand treatments. Oh Mai Beauty Policies -
Please read through carefully for booking your appointments
PAYMENTS
Payments can be made via Eftpos (with 1.9% surcharge), Cash or Bank transfer (No surcharge)
CAR PARKING
You can always park in front of the salon. As the salon is home based and in a residential area, please be mindful of where you park. NO SHOWS
If you do not show up to your appointment and you have not let me know (within the 24hours cancellation time frame) you will be required to pay 100% of the service cost. Further appointments will not be confirmed until this cost has been settled. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
Cancellations, rescheduling and changes to your appointment are welcomed up to 48hours before the time of your appointment. CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS with less than 24 hours notice
A $30 deposit is required before any subsequent appointment can be confirmed, after failing to provide less than 24 hours notice for a prior scheduled appointment. Scheduling for technician and other clients is difficult to fill with less than 24 hours notice. By providing last minute or no notice at all for cancellations, our other clients are prevented from scheduling that time slot. Thank you for your reading and your understanding
